• Assist in the Hong Kong initiative, focusing on audience engagement and generating demand.
• Provide essential support for local corporate events, such as trade shows, private gatherings, partner workshops, and webinars.

• Help develop marketing materials and promotional items.
• Manage administrative tasks related to event planning and execution.
Digital Marketing, CRM & Content Development
• Develop bilingual content for the digital platform and email marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate translation and cultural relevance.
• Carry out updates on the website according to set localization timelines.
• Work with the web development team to enhance the user experience on the website.
• Assist with customer relationship management systems, including SFDC, Marketo, and Splash.
• Perform localization checks on marketing materials, focusing on bilingual content (Simplified Chinese and English) using AI tools and templates.
Requirements
• Experience: 1- 2 years in B2B marketing, particularly within the technology field
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Simplified Chinese and English, with strong writing and communication skills in both languages.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to juggle multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Event Management: Demonstrated experience in organizing and executing marketing events and content development.
