Based in Hong Kong, Layman Marketing is a full-service digital marketing agency with offices in China and South-East Asia. With proven customer references and extensive digital marketing expertise, we provide one-stop services from launching brands in new markets, to managing full funnel marketing campaigns, and daily operation in e-commerce & social.

We are looking for a Marketing Executive who has passion in digital marketing and communications to join our team. FRESH GRADUATE WILL ALSO BE CONSIDERED.

The person should be a good team player, self-motivated, responsible and able to multi-task independently with tight deadline. He / she is expected to have excellent communication skills and positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Servicing

• Oversee client projects;

• Communicate with client on job briefs, gather information and materials required;

• Provide suggestion / edit and proof-read deliverables; handle client comments and revisions.

• Content Marketing

Assist on formulating proposal for clients;

Brief Content & Creative team on developing copy, design and layout, html and web, review and comment as well as make necessary changes before sharing with clients;

Assist Content & Creative team on searching references and formulating social content calendar for retainer clients;

Involve in ideation and creative concept development, assist on deriving strategy and tactics; work with Content & Creative team to brainstorm campaign ideas and creative concepts.

• Digital Marketing

Media planning and execution: derive media plan, set up campaigns on various digital platforms e.g. FB, IG, GDN, YouTube, LinkedIN, WeChat, Weibo, XHS, DouYin, etc.;

Data monitoring & analysis: work on performance report for digital campaigns and social maintenance, come up insights and suggestions to optimize campaign results and social account performance;

Stay up to date with digital trends and recommend new media, new ad formats and new technology to clients.

Involve in ad hoc projects and other tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree with major in Media and Advertising, Communications, Marketing or Public Affairs, Language (Chinese / English);

• 1-4 Years of experience at marketing or advertising agencies with hands on experience in content & creatives development, social maintenance, digital advertising and other related fields;

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word;

• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage;

• Excellent communication and people skills; detail-minded, proactive, and eagerness to learn and grow;

• Digital savvy, creative and passionate in creative content & marketing;

• Knowledgeable in photo & video editing app / software is a definite advantage
