We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling technology solutions, specifically in digital signage, smart retail, and smart building technologies. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, establishing strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in Hong Kong and the Southeast Asia region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on sales and relationships in Southeast Asia. (Namely, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam and nearby Countries)

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand Schot’s footprint in the regional market.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted sectors, including but not limited to retail, commercial, and hospitality industries.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them to understand their needs and objectives.

• Coordinate closely with the technical team to provide insightful, customized, and innovative solutions to clients.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, identifying new opportunities for product development and growth.

• Represent Schot at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to management.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the technology sector; a focus on digital signage, smart retail, and smart building technologies would be a plus.

• A strong understanding of the Southeast Asian market, with an established network of industry contacts, would be preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel within the region to meet with clients and potential partners.
