Responsibilities:

This position is reporting to Head of Transformation. We’re looking for candidates experienced in IT leadership and management who will be responsible to oversee the design and delivery of Transformation solution across the whole organization. The major function is leading the delivery team to delivery digital and core systems solutions with the leading web and cloud (AZURE) technologies. Knowledge with AS/400, MuleSoft API and Data Engineering skills would be a plus.

The successful candidate should have strong transformation solution delivery background allowing him / her to deliver in a high-profile role, critical to the various AXA HK Transformation projects.

Your responsibilities

• Participate and work with Architect for E2E technical design.

• Coordinate with different solution delivery teams to implement the technical solutions and resolve the issues.

• Support Delivery Lead and resolve any issues which block the delivery of each delivery team.

• Evaluate existing components and systems to determine integration requirements.

• Responsible for coordinating technical discussion on solution design and problem solving, and implementing all requirements to achieve integration.

• Work closely with IT Lead and each delivery teams to perform implementation and trouble shooting from technical perspective.

• Liaise with AXA Group Office on non-production and production infrastructure and environments

• Work with vendor and internal teams to plan and complete production implementation

• Own and maintain the application domain knowledge for website / eCommerce applications, drive the team to maintain awareness of technology trends to ensure the delivery of best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in IT, computer science or a related discipline is preferred

• At least 5 - 8 years of full life-cycle experience in the analysis, architecture, design documentation and development

• Knowledge of Insurance domain is preferable.

• Comfortable to communicate in Mandarin

• Technical expertise in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of code

• Strong knowledge in full stack development, architecture design and technical/ team leadership

• Knowledge and hands on experience on Microservice Architecture, Azure Cloud, Azure Container Services, web services (Restful), OpenShift, ReactJS, NodeJS, relation database (specifically Microsoft SQL

• Experience in design of Data Management components including Data Models, ETL, Data storage systems (including non-functional design) and the corresponding integration patterns

• Ability to make insightful, successful decisions

• Competent delivering results through ownership & drive

• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team

• Exposure to transformational change within a business

• The ability to think creatively and ensure services meets stakeholder needs and are fit for purpose.
