CATEGORY & CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (L9) - HONG KONG
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage trade spend budget from accrual to settlement, preparing analysis for monthly budget review.
• Oversee the sales fundamental process to drive category and channel development, including monthly analysis of the Macau market.
• Monitor and analyze category and channel data to derive business insights and formulate channel promotion strategies in the monthly GPS process.
• Support the development and implementation of in-store visibility and distribution strategies.
• Collaborate closely with channel sales managers to create and execute trade activities aimed at driving sales.
• Conduct sales activity ROI analysis to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform future activity planning.
• Support the establishment of price corridors with the local team to ensure consistent pricing across different sales channels.
• Optimize the trade budget, liaising with procurement teams and vendors for POSM, premium, displays, or other trade materials for BTL activities.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support business process and system development based on business objectives.
REQUIREMENT
• Degree or above in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
• Over 4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or Marketing, with exposure to FMCG or personal care industries.
• Strong strategic thinking and excellent data analytical skills.
• Proactive, with a growth mindset and the ability to drive initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
