Our client is one of the leading companies in the lift & elevator industry, they are now looking for a person for the role of Head of Sales managing two teams in Hong Kong.

Your new role

• Develop, communicate and manage to clear business development and sales plan that includes clear growth objectives across the two business unit

• Manage an effective sales team assuming responsibility for yearly, quarterly and monthly sales projects and revenue results

• Support sales team in closing major deals and developing strategic accounts

• Drive sales working directly with key end user customers

• Motivate and maintain a high morale performance driven culture

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and lead a regional sales organisation that generates successful organic growth

• Relevant and direct experience with all major markets in APAC

• Ability to work cross functionally and collaboratively to achieve desired business results

• Proven ability to make effective and collaborative business directions

• More than 15 years of experience in the Lift & Elevator industry, preferably New Installation or Modernization experience

• Connection of Commercial and Government clients

• Team management experience
