Our client is an advertising agency who is looking for a Sales/Business Development Manager to expand their business.
about the job.
• Identify and target potential clients in various industries to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential target markets.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies, including lead generation, prospecting, and conversion strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing our agency's capabilities and unique value proposition.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, account management, and strategy, to develop tailored advertising solutions that meet client objectives.
• Negotiate and finalize contractual agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
• Monitor industry trends and keep abreast of emerging technologies and advertising platforms to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral, proposals, and sales materials to support business development efforts.
• Track and report on sales metrics, including pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts, to senior management.
skills & experiences required.
• Possess advanced business knowledge and a background in corporate sales.
• Exhibit exceptional proficiency in delivering presentations and communicating effectively in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both in written and verbal forms.
• Demonstrate self-assurance, autonomy, responsiveness, and superb organizational skills, presenting oneself professionally, along with strong analytical capabilities.
• Previous experience in selling digital marketing is advantageous.
• Hold a Diploma or Degree in any field of study.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and skilled in both English and Chinese typing.
• Possess a willingness to learn and explore new opportunities.
