Job Description:

The Group Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the overall performance of marketing and branding strategies at both group and local levels. This role entails leading the standardization of all marketing practices, managing the marketing calendar, and overseeing the review and approval processes for all marketing-related issues across the regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and boost user engagement across the region.

• Lead the standardization of marketing practices to ensure alignment with group branding strategies while adapting to local market requirements.

• Oversee the planning and execution of the regional marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all marketing initiatives and campaigns.

• Foster strong communication and collaboration among departments to optimize marketing synergies and enhance overall effectiveness.

• Manage and maintain the company website and digital platforms, ensuring they reflect current product offerings and promotional events while enhancing user experience and conversion rates.

• Drive the creation of marketing collateral, including advertisements, press releases, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

• Plan and manage the annual marketing budget, monitoring expenditures to align with strategic goals and maximize return on investment.

• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies and tactical decisions.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including media, advertising agencies, production houses, and retail teams, to coordinate product launches and marketing initiatives.

• Assess the effectiveness of marketing promotions and campaigns, conducting performance analyses to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

• Work closely with sales, visual merchandising, and merchandising teams to identify business opportunities and develop promotional projects.

• Oversee digital marketing analytics to optimize platform performance and conversion rates, providing regular performance reports to stakeholders.

• Participate in ad-hoc projects as necessary to support overarching business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications, with at least 5 years in a supervisorial level, preferably within the fashion / retail industry.

• Proven expertise in both online and offline marketing strategies, including SEM/SEO, social media, and mobile advertising.

• Strong background in content creation, and copywriting.

• Demonstrated success in brand building with a keen business acumen.

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

• Passionate, creative, and enthusiastic about marketing trends and innovations.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin, and Cantonese)
