Business Development Manager, HNW Life Insurance Brokerage
We are seeking experienced professionals for an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of insurance / risk management solutions tailored to High Net Worth (HNW) clients. This role focuses on delivering integrated life insurance solutions that align with wealth planning strategies. With a strong presence across key markets including Singapore, Hong Kong SAR, Mainland China, etc., the organization collaborates with global financial institutions and private banks to serve clients in 50+ countries.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the sales team in developing and executing strategies to meet business objectives
• Manage the submission of applications and liaise with insurers
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of all client applications
• Stay well-versed in insurance products, services, and bank credit procedures
• Coordinate administrative tasks, including organizing medical exams, preparing insurance forms and policy contracts, and managing client reimbursements
• Address inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes
Key Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree with experience in Sales or Business Development, ideally within Private Banking, Trusts, Asset Management, or Insurance sectors
• Proven track record in sales, especially in promoting Universal Life insurance or similar products to HNW clients
• Strong technical understanding of HNW products and services, with a global perspective and collaborative mindset
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with client-facing experience and existing relationships in the UHNW/HNW segment
• Proficient team player with strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
