The incumbent will be responsible for assisting E-Commerce Manager to manage, develop and operate online marketplace for the company.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
• Support newly acquired and existing merchants with daily operations, such as order management, backend system enquiries, logistics, promotions, etc.
• Deliver and maintain high service standards to merchants across all areas, including organizing training workshops and preparing training materials
• Operate and enhance the e-commerce platform to meet business needs
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline operational procedures and review workflow regularly to adapt to our rapid business growth and enhance the efficiency of work processes
• Contribute to marketing initiatives by preparing content for promotional materials and monitoring their distribution
• Execute additional projects and tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
• Degree holder preferably in MIS / E-Business / Marketing or other related disciplines
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in operation of e-commerce marketplaces or digital marketing
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint; familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage
• Well organized, efficient and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior E-Commerce Executive
