As a Recruitment Consultant with us, you’ll join a team of recruiters who are specialists in their niche markets. Your role will involve managing the recruitment process from beginning to end, providing an exceptional level of service to clients and candidates alike. You can also expect to be involved in a range of business development and networking activities to help us build even stronger client relationships – and attract new ones. At the same time, you’ll look to establish a strong pipeline of high calibre candidates within your sector so we can always match the right people to the right roles.
Key responsibilities:
• Identify business opportunities by engaging with retail and FMCG clients and candidates, staying updated on industry trends and market dynamics.
• Build strong relationships with clients in the retail and FMCG sectors, developing a deep understanding of their sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and consumer behavior.
• Manage client roles by crafting tailored job ads that resonate with sales and marketing professionals in retail and FMCG.
• Source, select, and match candidates with relevant experience in sales and marketing field, ensuring they align with client expectations and industry standards.
• Arrange interviews, ensuring candidates are well-prepared and understand the specific challenges and opportunities within the retail and FMCG landscape.
• Organise and attend industry-specific networking events and trade shows to connect with potential clients and high-caliber candidates in the retail and FMCG sectors.
• Leverage data and insights from the retail and FMCG industries to inform recruitment strategies and enhance client relationships.
