Our client, an international supplier of personal care products, is seeking a B2B Sales Coordinator (Fresh Grad, NON-sales role) to facilitate communication between external and internal stakeholders. In this role, you will ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction by effectively managing client inquiries and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for international buyers, responding to product inquiries and handling client complaints promptly to maintain strong client relationships.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional efforts between B2B clients and internal teams (product development and buying teams). Translate client requirements into actionable project plans and ensure all stakeholders complete tasks on time to meet delivery deadlines.
• Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to prepare tender submissions, samples, and product presentations.
• Quotation and Sales Orders: Assist the Sales Team in issuing sales orders, and follow up on new order payments.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 1-2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Supply Chain, Translation, English Studies, or a related discipline.
• Highly proficient in written and spoken English, with excellent presentation skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented and sensitive to numbers.
• Strong multi-tasking and project management abilities, with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
