Our client, a consumer goods startup brand, is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Executive to join the team. This role involves managing daily operations and ensuring smooth business processes across multiple channels.
What You Will Do
• Manage and optimize marketplace operations on platforms including HKTVmall and Watsons etc
• Coordinate inventory management and warehouse logistics operations
• Maintain and update website content regularly
• Monitor order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues
• Generate reports and analyze operational performance metrics
What You Will Need
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or retail management
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with e-commerce platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese
