DAKS was established a bespoke tailoring business in 1894 in London. The name was created in 1934 from the word DAddy and slacKS; House Check was devised in 1976. DAKS continues to hold the Royal Warrants from HRH The Duke of EDINBURGH, HM The Queen and HRH The Prince of Wales in 1956, 1962 & 1982.

Now We own 5 shops and 1 outlet in Hong Kong, also globally opened over 30 shops in China and Macau. We will be further expanding our brand in the future.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service and focuses engagement on customers to boost customer service standards.

• Maintain and deliver accurate in-depth product information to customers.

• Support WeChat and in-store sales to achieve sales target.

• Assist superior in any ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications

• 1 year of working experience in Retail, Customer Services, or Hospitality field.

• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

• Customer-oriented, Proactive and Cheerful person.

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales
