Our client is a global promoter of Swiss tourism, and is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to expand its reach in Hong Kong and Taiwan market. This role requires an understanding of these markets' unique culture and travel preferences.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital paid media marketing campaigns, from strategy and planning to implementation and performance reporting.
• Lead the development of customer-centric marketing initiatives that enhance the tourist experience in Switzerland.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in Hong Kong and Taiwan, including travel agents, tourism attractions, and transportation providers, to create bundled offerings and expand market reach.
• Collaborate with government bodies, MICE organizers, and other key organizations to increase market share and brand visibility.
• Optimize pricing and revenue generation strategies based on market analysis and trend identification.
• Analyze customer journeys and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and campaign optimization.
• Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely execution and achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing and sales within the hospitality or travel industry.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, particularly in paid media.
• Strong understanding of the travel and tourism industry, including market trends and customer behaviour.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent Communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• Fluency in French or German is highly advantageous.
