One of the top-selling global brands in innovative mobile accessories is seeking an E-Commerce Director to join their energetic team in China.
Responsibilities
• Develop e-Commerce strategic road map with focus on direct to consumers channel
• Define initiatives to build business vision and operation to execute strategic plans
• Establish business strategy on consumer channels such as e-Commerce, digital and retail operation
• Conduct business process re-engineering and define specifications and documentation
• Work closely with global and regional senior management and department heads to build road map
• Manage vendors/distributors and ensure services meet with agreed standards
• Work with the team to control projects scopes such as budget and schedule
.Requirements
• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, e-Commerce or relevant discipline
• At least 10 years of relevant experience with strong background in retail or wholesale industry
• Excellent regional experience in Mainland China area is critical
• Strong knowledge on e-Commerce strategic planning and operation
• Proven track record on e-Commerce achievement
• Familiar on building road map and defining strategies
• Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English and Mandarin/Simplified Chinese
