Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
• General Sales order process including preparation of invoices and quotations, follow up of sales enquires, and sales related activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to support customers' orders to ensure smooth and timely delivery
• Handle customer's daily correspondence such as inquiries, complaints and claims
• Oversee on-boarding new accounts and processing orders, update the order status in the system and maintain the database
• Maintain documentation trail and give visibility on status and documentation changes
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
YOU NEED TO BE...
• Preferred candidates with 1-2 years working experiences in order processing or sales support roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP systems will be desirable
• Well organized, sense of responsibility and detail-minded, able to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
