Key Responsibilities:

• Product Management & Visual Merchandising:

• Support HK market product assortment verification and master data creation based on CN or HQ portfolio, incl chocolate, Gelato and other ambience items.

• HK Portfolio and product master data management, incl. code management, weight, cost, assortment etc.

• To support tactical/ seasonal product offering changes based on the business situation and day in day out operation progress.

• E-store product Management & Visual Merchandising:

• Upload and manage product listings on the e-commerce platform.

• Ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and appealing.

• Create and maintain visually appealing product displays and layouts on the e-store.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote seasonal campaigns and adhoc promotions.

• Promotion Execution:

• Execute online promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns.

• Monitor the performance of promotional activities.

• e-store Logistics and Operations:

• Assist in managing e-store logistics, including inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment.

• Coordinate with shipping partners to ensure timely delivery of products.

• SEO & SEM:

• Implement SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic to the e-store.

• Assist SEM campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree / associate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with 1-2 years working experience.

• Experience in e-commerce, especially with Shopify is preferred.

• Good analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.

• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual merchandising.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Immediately available is a plus
