About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development and Creative Partnerships Manager to spearhead Jacob Media’s growth in Hong Kong and the wider Asia market.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business by identifying opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing high-value content creation deals with brands across industries like luxury, travel, and tech. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with exceptional sales skills to lead our efforts in establishing Jacob Media as the premier creative partner for social-first campaigns in Asia.
Responsibilities
New Business Development (Key Focus):
• Identify and pursue high-value clients across key industries, including luxury, travel, hospitality, and tech.
• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to establish Jacob Media as a leader in social-first storytelling in Asia.
• Leverage your existing network and conduct outreach to build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Create and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to secure new deals.
• Focus on closing deals that result in long-term contracts or multi-campaign partnerships with regional and global brands.
Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regional clients, building trust and ensuring exceptional service.
• Collaborate closely with clients to design tailored content solutions that meet their goals and resonate with Asian audiences.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships, driving repeat business and establishing Jacob Media as their trusted creative partner.
Market Insights and Strategy:
• Stay ahead of trends in the Asia market, providing insights into cultural nuances, emerging platforms, and industry-specific opportunities.
• Identify market gaps and present innovative solutions to clients that differentiate Jacob Media from competitors.
Creative Collaboration:
• Work with Jacob Media’s headquarters to align pitches and campaigns with the company’s brand ethos.
• Contribute regional expertise to ensure creative strategies align with local cultural and market preferences.
• Support the production team by identifying local talent, vendors, or resources for campaign execution.
Production Coordination:
• Act as a bridge between regional clients and Jacob Media’s production team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
