Job Description

• Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to grow the market share in corporate travel and travel management platform

• Identify and recruit strategic partners in entertainment, lifestyle and logistics sector

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies directly with the board members that align with the company's vision and objectives

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth in the travel tech sector

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and industry partners

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the travel industry, preferably with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) or travel tech companies

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

• Strong understanding of the corporate travel landscape and SaaS solutions

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

• Leadership abilities and a passion for mentoring others
