Marketing Executive - Event & Customer relations (3-month contract)
Responsibilities
• Assist event team for coordination, logistics arrangement, execution and on-site support of fashion and jewelry events
• Connect and engage customers for activation events and in-store workshops to encourage participation and build lasting relationship
• Support preparation, ordering, allocation and distribution of seasonal gifting
• Proactively communicate with customers to assist in coordination and logistics of overseas events and provide a pleasant customer experience
• Support other admin and ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Degree holder or above, with at least 2-3 years of experience in luxury markets
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Decent grooming with presence of fashion/jewelry events preferable
• Self-motivated, proactive, attentive to details, energetic with good interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with sense of responsibilities
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive
• Immediate availability is preferred
