Responsibilities
• Responsible in member recruitment programs to draw new customers to become members to achieve sales goal
• Execute loyalty program to increase the retention rate and members’ satisfaction
• Prepare reports with large amount of data for management review
• Prepare sales/program reports for result analysis
• Work closely with frontline staff, provides support in daily operations
• Manage stocks for marketing related program
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
• Degree holder in any disciplines
• Min 5 years’ experience of relevant experience, in beauty industry would be an advantage
• Strong number sense and proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Proactive, good team player, multi-tasked and able to work under pressure to meet timelines
• Proficient in MS Office and Excellent Chinese word processing
• Candidates with exposure in CRM will be an advantage.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive
