The Role:
The Assistant Regional E-commerce Manager at L'Occitane APAC plays a key role in supporting the Regional E-commerce Manager in developing and executing e-commerce strategies across the Asia-Pacific region. Responsibilities include assisting in managing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize online sales and user experience, analyzing key performance indicators, and contributing to digital marketing campaigns. What you will do:
• Support the E-commerce Manager in developing and implementing regional e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance customer experience.
• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and IT to optimize online product listings, promotions, and new website features.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in online sales and site performance.
• Assist in managing relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to support e-commerce initiatives.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the local E-commerce teams.
What we are looking for:
• Degree holder in Marketing or equivalent
• 5+ years of working experience in eCommerce managing a website (e.g. SFCC, Shopify, Magento) and /or marketplace.
• Experience in Using Google Ad, Meta Business Suite, GA4, GTM, Adobe Analytics
• Ability to balance between quality and quantity; results-driven.
• Highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent Team player and able to provide guidance to Junior Staff & develop overall team capabilities.
• Proficient in written and spoken English (additional Asian language will be a plus)
