In this key role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and documenting comprehensive user acceptance test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of our critical banking systems and applications.
The Role
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to define clear testing objectives, scenarios, and acceptance criteria
• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test data to thoroughly validate system functionality from the end-user perspective
• Identify, document, and track defects found during testing, working with the development team to ensure timely resolution
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on system readiness for deployment
Your Profile
• 2 years of experience in software manual testing
• Proficient in test plan development, test case design, and defect management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• With financial services working experience including insurance or banking background
