Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shape and implement annual marketing strategies and budgets aligned with the company's mission and objectives, aiming to enhance product visibility and market penetration.

• Drive marketing initiatives and campaigns, meticulously monitoring results, costs, and ROI to ensure effective allocation of resources and maximized lead generation through various touchpoints.

• Collaborate closely with Client Relationship, Business Development, and Advisory teams to design and execute diverse sales promotion programs that cultivate deeper client relationships and create cross-selling opportunities.

• Partner with Private Banking market heads and regional offices to organize impactful events that enhance cross-border interactions and foster client engagement.

• Safeguard the esteemed brand identity while crafting compelling narratives for internal and external communications that resonate with target audiences.

• Identify and cultivate meaningful partnerships and value-added services, staying informed on competitors' activities and prevailing market trends to optimize positioning and brand image.

• Ensure that all marketing materials and activities adhere to legal, compliance, and risk control requirements.

The Successful Applicant

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management product marketing and promotions within PB or affluent segment

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese).
