Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Associate at Wave Commerce in Hong Kong. The Digital Associate will be responsible for ecommerce development, project management, CRM and/or digital marketing tasks to support our ecommerce clients. Day-to-day tasks include managing Shopify sites, executing client tasks and projects, implementing ecommerce technologies, digital marketing campaigns and/or optimizing customer experiences for client online D2C businesses.
Qualifications
• Interpersonal skills, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies
• Demonstrated interest in the area of ecommerce or digital technologies
• Strong project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT or related field
• Experience with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms is a plus
