We are hiring for one of our portfolio companies and they’re looking for an Operations Associate (Growth and E-commerce) to join their team.
In This Role, You Will
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across various channels (email, chat, social media platform, etc.)
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.
• Manage e-shop set-up and maintenance: Assist in creating and launching new e-shop platforms, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
• Manage and collaborate with e-commerce platforms (e.g., HKTVmall, Shopify) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics, to align e-commerce efforts with overall business goals.
• Resolve issues related to shipping, delivery delays, or order discrepancies.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as required.
You Might Thrive In This Role If You Have
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, operations, or a related field; Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or similar.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
