About the Role
• Primary Liaison: Serve as the pivotal point of contact for addressing internal inquiries concerning promotions, events, and service activations.
• Coordination of New Offerings: Assume a critical role in liaising with various stakeholders for new offerings, delivering updates and training resources across essential channels, including Relationship Managers (RMs), B2B sales, Call Center, and frontline receptionists.
• Development of Promotional Materials: Collaborate closely with the marketing unit to craft and refine promotional collateral such as flyers, presentations, and FAQs tailored for both B2C and B2B audiences.
• Event Management: Take charge of orchestrating health and wellness events, overseeing logistics, vendor coordination, and providing on-site activation and support to ensure seamless event execution.
• Customer Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for customers seeking information on products, orders, and deliveries, delivering timely and accurate assistance.
• Reporting: Compile routine sales reports and presentations for the sales team and management, spotlighting crucial metrics and actionable insights.
Requirement
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Previous exposure to sales support or administrative functions is beneficial.
• Proficient in organizational tasks and adept at multitasking.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal proficiencies.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Detail-oriented with robust analytical capabilities.
