Job Descriptions
• Manage and support the day-to-day operations of website and third parties platform (E.g. HKTVmall and Shopline, etc…), including product updates, pricing, promotions, and customer service
• Assist in planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotion activities in all social media channels/ platforms (e.g. Facebook/IG/ SEM/YouTube etc.)
• Ensure the website is up-to-date with the latest product information, pricing, and promotions
• Manage customer service inquiries and ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
• Work closely with the team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive traffic to online sales channel
Requirements
• Diploma or above in Marketing, Business, e-Commerce, Information System or related disciplines are preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in operation of e-commerce marketplaces or digital marketing
• Strong ownership, flexible team player, growth mindset, self-motivated with good communication skills
• Able to adapt fast-changing ecommerce & start-up work attitude
• Independently and effectively work under daily time constraints
• Proficiency in written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS office applications, especially in EXCEL, e.g. Pivot Table and VLOOKUP or and any analytical tools/ functions.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Digital Marketing Officer
• Immediately available is an advantage
