As a Digital Business Analyst, you will play a key role in leading digital transformation projects for a prominent trade media organization. Your responsibilities will be crucial in connecting business requirements with technological solutions, especially regarding the primary digital platform.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs for digital projects, supporting planning and evaluation.

• Conduct market research to inform UI/UX improvements and digital strategy.

• Serve as a feature owner within the product development team, coordinating with various business units.

• Document requirements, create user journeys, and collaborate with analytics on tracking.

• Work with UI/UX teams to define and finalize wireframes and prototypes.

• Contribute to the product development process, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Develop and execute test cases to maintain product quality.

• Analyze metrics to enhance user experience and product performance.

• Provide end-user support and conduct training sessions for product adoption.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the product owner.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in business analysis and digital transformation.

• Proficient in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.

• Tech-savvy with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and changes.

• Experience in data monitoring and analysis using Google Analytics or similar platforms is a plus.

• Self-motivated and efficient, with strong teamwork skills and exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

• Capable of working under pressure, effectively engaging with clients and business stakeholders to promote our platform.

• Background in eCommerce, MarTech, or SaaS services (including mobile apps or digital web platforms) is advantageous.

• Strong business acumen with a positive outlook and a commitment to continuous learning.
