Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Promote and Sell Credit, Risk & Compliance Management services and packages, as well as business credit reports and searches, debt collection, investigation and due diligence services to existing and prospective customers;

• Build relationships to provide repeat business and excellent customer service;

• Act proactively to create opportunities for new business with existing customers;

• Conduct cold calls to companies to generate new sales;

• Participate in Sales & Marketing meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items;

• Provide recommendations regarding the improvement of customer sales;

• Conduct regular customer review calls and follow-up as necessary with emails;

• Assist in completing sales projects including proposals and marketing;

• Assisting Business Development management on an “as-needed” basis;

Requirement

• 5 Years Sales Experience or some level of Customer Service experience. Experience in servicing industries an advantage;

• BA in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent;

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint;

• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua (Mandarin);

• Excellent communication skills, listening, written and oral;

• Detail oriented and organized;

• Aggressive, competitive and committed;

• Highly motivated with a desire to be successful;

• Effective time management skills;
