Our client is a well-established biotechnology company engaged in the R&D, commercialization, and sale of healthcare products. To cope with the company's expansion and market demands, they are now looking for an Ecommerce Operations Manager, Cross border, to join their dynamic team.

Job Description

• P&L management and identify KPIs

• Formulate and execute strategic plans to drive online sales

• Oversee the operation of cross-border e-commerce platforms, including order processing, fulfillment, and inventory management.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

• Develop marketplaces, closely work with trade partners and monitor performance to ensure operational efficiency and enhance forecast accuracy.

• Establish and continuously enhance a strong supply chain network

• Oversee customer satisfaction and maintain quality assurance.

The Successful Applicant

• A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in China cross border e-commerce operations.

• Familiar with shipping and logistic operations, rules and regulations for Hong Kong and mainland China

• Good knowledge of cross-border eCommerce compliance and controlled goods regulations

• Strong problem solving, data analysis, organization skills

• Proficiency in utilizing online marketing strategies to drive sales.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
