Job Overview
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on the forefront of financial technology, collaborating closely with traders and quantitative analysts to develop real-time, high-performance applications for trading systems, order management, and risk analysis.
Key Responsibilities
• Trading System Development: Design and implement high-performance, scalable C#.NET applications for real-time trading, order management, and risk analysis, applying low-latency programming techniques and optimizations to enhance system responsiveness and reliability.
• Market Data Integration: Build integrations with cryptocurrency exchanges, market APIs, and data sources to ensure continuous and efficient market connectivity.
• Collaboration and Code Quality: Work closely with traders, analysts, and other developers to refine trading strategies and provide innovative solutions to complex problems, ensuring clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and participating in peer reviews.
• Real-Time Monitoring and Support: Develop and maintain tools for real-time monitoring of market activities, trading system performance, and risk metrics, as well as troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain system stability and minimize downtime.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Experience: 3+ years of C#.NET development experience, preferably in a trading or financial technology environment.
• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in C#.NET, with an emphasis on asynchronous programming, multithreading, and low-latency application development, experience with messaging protocols such as FIX, WebSockets, and other communication frameworks, familiarity with real-time data handling, performance tuning, and optimization techniques.
• Crypto/Finance Knowledge: Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets, trading systems, or blockchain technology is highly desirable.
• Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, particularly in high-stakes and fast-paced environments, strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
Estimated Salary Range
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
