Job Responsibilities:
• Be the key driver helping with all aspects of marketing and branding activities to drive leads generation, student enrollment and customer acquisition for the KF Division
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of direct reports for the execution of marketing activities to deliver on company commercial objectives
• Formulate marketing strategies and drive student enrolments for KF programs through effective use and analysis of digital and social media marketing
• Assist with annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for leads generation, marketing and media planning, resource allocation
• Monitor campaign/activity progress, evaluate media and campaign effectiveness to optimize campaigns
• Develop and expand partnership portfolios; engage proactively and liaise with local and international media, professional bodies, and recruitment channels with a view to maximizing visibility, brand exposure and engagement with KF business
• Work closely with Course Consultant and Program Management Team to produce brochure/leaflet/EDM and to plan and execute student service activities including but not limited to, information sessions, recruitment fairs, seminars, etc
• Support team and division head on ad-hoc projects, market research & analysis
• Provide timely, accurate market and competitor intelligence and analysis
Job Requirements:
• University graduate in marketing or related disciplines
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in Education or Training field
• Possess business and market knowledge of Hong Kong, preferably in Education Management
• Strong working knowledge on digital marketing including search engine and social media in HK and mainland China
• Proven track record in digital marketing and social media is a must
• Excellent with numbers and an effective communicator so as to create new strategies to win business and work with cross-functional teams
• Strong sense of ownership, independent and self-driven
• Creative, flexible, yet detail-oriented
• Experience with CRM System (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
• Fluent in English & Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
• Proficiency in English & Chinese writing
• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive
