Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and client needs.

• Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals

• Build strong relationship with new and existing clients to continuously improve the profitability

• Deliver the assigned gross profit budgets for the territory

• Lead and collaborate with internal stakeholders including but not limited to operation, solutions, tech/IT, finance to create solutions to potential customers.

• Timely register sales opportunities in CRM to maintain an updated customer database and track progress of sales pipeline

• Follow up A/R and ensure the timely payment from the customers

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish connections.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 4 years' experience of sales within freight forwarding/ logistics industry

• Proven track record in new business development

• Self-motivated and results-driven attitude

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Excellent sales, presentation and communication skills

• Fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin

• Proficient in Microsoft office & CRM
