E-commerce & Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing
e- Commerce operations and promotions. This position is responsible for curating product ranges and content strategies to drive conversions while enhancing the overall customer experience. This role will collaborate with our online selling partners to align campaigns for maximum impact and need to work very closely with retailers to ensure that they are able to maximize the monetary returns from our products.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the visual merchandising function and manage day-to-day eCommerce operations, including site categorization, landing page creation across all markets, and monitoring promotions for brands, products, and services.
• Develop and implement online merchandising strategies in partnership with Buyers and Vendors to manage the onsite product range and content effectively.
• Launch new websites, functions, and features aimed at improving customer experience and boosting conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to align and execute marketing campaigns and promotions effectively.
• Conduct data analysis to understand online customer behavior, measure the effectiveness of online promotions, social media, SEO measurements and monitoring methodologies.
• Optimize onsite search and navigation, page templates, UX/UI, and front-end performance to enhance user experience.
• Provide strategic direction to drive sales through online merchandising, including identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
• Good at innovative keyword research and link building strategies. SEO encompasses numerous tactics and strategies to help improve the website rank.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee programmatic advertising campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering creativity and innovation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure a competitive edge.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, creating reports to inform decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Able to quickly adapt to the management model of the Hong Kong team and coordinate well with the mainland team
Requirements
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in E-Commerce Operation / Digital Marketing / B2C online channels
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership qualities with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin and Cantonese
• Need to be familiar with operating various European platforms:
• Have rich overseas sales experience and management ability of overseas sales team.
• Need to formulate sales strategy plans to continuously obtain the company's BUY BOX, responsible for formulating advertising analysis and delivery plans.
• Need to monitor platform accounts and effectively control account praise rate and ODR index
• Proficiency in programmatic advertising platforms, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
• Experience with website development, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Familiarity with marketing trends and technology in European countries and Southeast countries.
Monthly salary : HK$ 55,000.00
