Job Description

The job is designed to promote the development of business with major customers in Hong Kong. This is a key position in Hong Kong and expects to play both strategic and operational role to assist for business decision-making. You will deliver KPIs which include business growth, expense control, gain share in retailer, listing, planning & execution of key plans in assigned accounts. This role is responsible for the business growth of the retail channel, like beauty retail, hair salons, hotels, spas, hair salons etc. and other relevant sectors.

You will effectively manage each account & channels, strengthen the relationships with partners and to achieve sales targets. This is a highly strategic role where you will be a key decision maker in the channel strategy and the development and execution of business plans. You will lead the negotiation of trading terms, hold responsibility of sales forecasting and ensure proper execution within your team. You will also take on a business development responsibility to identify opportunities and to expand the current business.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must have at least 5 years sales management experience with MNC company in handling the retail channel, like beauty retail, hair salons, hotels, spas, hair salons etc. and other relevant sectors. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, negotiation and presentation skills. You will have a proven sales track record and established customer networks with retail clients It is essential that you are an enthusiastic and proactive salesperson with fluency in English and Cantonese.
