Responsibilities:

• Responsible for P&L and financial performance of online boutique

• Build strategic and operational procedures for e-commerce business across online trade, operations, CRM, digital marketing, and customer care.

• Leverage multiple digital channels to drive customer acquisition, loyalty, and retention.

• Monitor performance of product category to align with merchandising team.

• Optimisation of site search tools & configuration of results to increase conversion rates.

• Active onsite merchandising to ensure best in class customer experience.

• Initiate ecommerce system development projects with local perspectives and work together with global & regional IT teams.

• Develop and execute omnichannel strategies based on market needs to provide a seamless customer experience across various touchpoints, including online platforms, physical stores, mobile apps, and social media.

• Implement click-and-collect, ship-from-store, and other omnichannel initiatives to leverage inventory and enhance convenience for customers.

• Create and maintain an online e-business plan: e-promotional calendar, product exclusivities, cross selling mechanisms and data ownership within ecommerce brands websites.

• Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the e-commerce platform and its activities in liaison with the regional teams.

• Manage and optimise the brand store content, e-merchandising, banners, and website enhancements.

• Utilize multiple digital and social channels to ensure media is reaching new and potential target audiences.

• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure high quality, relevant traffic is being directed to brand websites.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, local agencies, and overseas counterparts to understand best practice for the key ecommerce levers of search, navigation & content.

• Plan and budget to achieve eCommerce commercial ambition.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in e-commerce, marketing and/or business

• 8-10 years’ experience in running a sizeable online store within a fast-paced environment i.e. FMCG, Cosmetics, Fashion

• Experience working with eCommerce Platforms and Google Analytics

• Experience with performance marketing experience is preferred

• Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven with a passion for achieving measurable success

• Understanding of SEO and SEM/PPC

• Strong stakeholder management

• An understanding of luxury customer shopping experience to drive conversion and recommend UX and UI improvements

• Proven ability to capture and collate data in a presentable and useful way, ability to draw insights and make recommendations and implement changes to online store to maximise sales, conversion rate, average order value

• People management skill to lead a team

• Energetic, proactive attitude with a high attention to details
