• In-depth knowledge of the Hong Kong beverage industry and consumer trends
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Creativity and innovation in marketing approach
• Fluency in Cantonese, English, and preferably Mandarin
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
