The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that align with our business objectives and enhance our brand presence in the markets. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape and the ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies that support overall company goals and objectives for international markets.
• Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and platforms, strengthening brand equity in the region.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of in-markets marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on brand on budget, and deliver measurable results.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the retail sector.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of all-round marketing experience in the retail industry, with demonstrated success in a regional role.
• Relevant experience in branding and marketing communications.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Proficient in digital marketing strategies and platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationship at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese (include Mandarin).
