Responsibilities
Sales
• Outreach and generate leads for sponsorship packages
• Conduct research and bring quality real estate projects to the Awards
• Expand personal network on LinkedIn with over 1500 connections in the real estate industry
• Identify prospects in various competitive events including PERE, ANREV, and ULI
Sales Support
• Prepare tailor-made proposals for all sponsorship prospects
• Prepare marketing materials including event agenda, speakers, and attendees
• Research the prospect’s background information and present it to Sales Director
• Communicate with sponsors to fulfill sponsorship offerings including delegate registration, advertising materials collection, and speaker confirmation
• Answer clients’ inquiries
• Liaise between clients and collection department in assistance of payment
Client Relationship Management
• Provide customer services to event sponsors, speakers, guests, and attendees
• Build and improve client relationships by sending personalized messages, reminders, photos, and thank you emails
• Meet with attendees, resolve attendees' complaints, and collect feedback
Awards Management
• First contact with major architects and developers for Awards call for entry promotion
• Conduct research and bring in quality projects within Asia to participate in the Awards
• Validate and manage pre-entry and final entry forms and contracts from Awards participants
• Provide support and give guidelines to Awards participants
• Organize Awards Jury meeting
• Manage Awards entries platform
• Manage Gala Dinner guest list, seating plan, and Awards Gallery setup
• Finalize Awards ranking and announce results
Data Management
• Implemented MIPIM Asia Google Drive, a system to share information and materials with internal team members and external parties
• Manage a master list for MIPIM Asia to keep track of attendee registration, accreditation, changes, RSVPs, and attendance
• Constant update of client’s job changes and company’s changes information into salesforce
• Research competitive events and prepare lists of prospects
• Maintain a database of past contracts and proposals for future sales prospects
• Maintain a photobank of past sponsors and attendees
Event Coordination
• Liaise with the Paris office for event logistics
• Provide necessary and accurate information to external parties
• Liaise with external parties on event rundown, set up, and division of work
• Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything meets standards
• Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
Requirements
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and communication skills in English and Chinese
• Excellent customer service and problem solving
• Highly organised with ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks
• Enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual
• Proactive; able to anticipate needs and expectations ahead of time
• Ability to work well independently as well as a good player
