Job Overview
• Work directly with the Group CEO to develop effective marketing campaigns and strategies
• Plan and implement the regional marketing strategies and activities to deliver high performance marketing initiatives and outcomes
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights to stakeholders, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industry influencers, media and digital agencies
• Engage and collaborate with teams across other functions and regions, ensuring all work is outstandingly creative and meets the brand objectives
Skills & Qualifications
• 8-10+ years of relevant experience in developing creative and innovative marketing strategies that heavily leverage offline and online channels in facilitating effective brand marketing programs within fashion retail industry.
• Experience working in a multi-national corporation and in a cross-country capacity would be a bonus
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications or similar field
• Strong project management skills and proven experience in managing brand programs
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, well organized, able to prioritize and handle deadline-oriented projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
