Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the business analysis of small and medium-sized e-commerce merchants. Based on the development stage of the business, promote the establishment of a business indicator system and monitoring system, refine core quantitative indicators, sort out process indicators, establish a complete business monitoring system and other data infrastructure, objectively describe the business status through data and conduct timely monitoring 2. Starting from the high-level strategy of e-commerce and combining it with the logic of operational business, deeply analyze the driving force of category development, understand the industry, category, and merchant product structure, identify the key issues and bottlenecks of category strategy, and output implementation strategy 3. In-depth business perspective, fully understand the goals of the e-commerce business line, and through special subject analysis, have a relatively higher perspective on the business, help the business to explore business growth strategies, diagnose and optimize, calculate numerical values, review business and other analysis work, put forward constructive decision-making suggestions, combine product and operation capabilities and continue to follow up to promote business growth 4. Organize relevant teams to conduct training on data product concepts, skills, and tools to improve the efficiency of business use of data and promote data-based operations of business departments.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in Internet business analysis and operational analysis 2. Sensitive to data, strong quantitative ability, careful and responsible for work, pragmatic, and strong learning ability 3. Proficient in Excel and SQL, master one of Python/R, and have practical experience in modeling application have complex data analysis ability, and are proficient in using data analysis software 4. Good communication and cooperation skills, cross-departmental cooperation experience, positive and optimistic, and self-driven 5. Those with experience in e-commerce platform/brand/retail related work are preferred, and those with experience in merchant recruitment and incubation growth are preferred.
