岗位职责:
The onsite Research Product/Marketing Insights and Analytics Analyst will work with a global investment bank's Product Management and Marketing, and Senior Management to optimize how we use data to target product distribution, marketing initiatives and broker votes.
1. KPI-focused on planning and measuring product and marketing strategies
2. Provide ROI insights and strategize ways to improve engagement, readership and overall amplification of research product and analysts
3. Transform how we use analytics for regional campaigns and broker votes
4. Support analysts and senior management to achieve product and client goals by providing data-driven insights and recommendations
5. Focus on automating reports and feeds
任职要求:
1. Min. 3 years of experience in a similar role that focuses on using analytics to provide insights and implement changes
2. Working knowledge of marketing and campaign management best practices
3. Demonstrated ability to review and interpret large data sets, and making recommendations based on findings
4. Excellent skills in Excel, Alteryx, Tableau and other analytics platforms and databases. Experience with developing SharePoint a plus
5. Experience in Financial Services is ideal, but not a requirement
6. "Can-do attitude" which requires resourcefulness and a collaborative working style - demonstrated ability to partner with various stakeholders is a must
