Responsibilities
Job Description:
• Research, plan and execute online marketing campaigns including search engine optimization, online advertising and affiliate marketing to increase hotel exposure in local, regional and international settings
• Responsible for constant revenue generation, consistent image and marketing exposure throughout the World Wide Web and all relevant distribution channels including social media and online travel agencies
• Champion of all social media platforms. Curate and execute a cohesive content strategy in concordance to hotel’s goals
• Monitor and analyze hotel performance indicators for all owned and paid websites and evaluate new online marketing opportunities
• Regularly review hotel pages on all brand websites to optimize contents and ensure that all promotions and contents are current and up to the required standard.
• Identify potential partnership opportunities to maximize conversion in the sites
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in marketing, business management, communications or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience preferably in hospitality industry, luxury consumer field or digital agency. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Asst. E-Commerce Manager (Digital Marketing)
• Experience in managing e-Commerce platform and social media channels. Knowledge and holistic understanding of Chinese digital marketing channels such as Wechat, Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu) and Douyin
• Digital savvy. Strong expertise in performance marketing and analytics (SEO, SEM, Programmatic Display, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in written or spoken English and Chinese
