  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Summary:

Assist GM APAC COO team covering Global Equities Business

• MANAGEMENT PRESENTATIONS AND REPORTING

• Strategic presentations / Management Presentations

• Management Committee slides & minutes

• Design, Maintenance and updates of performance dashboards

• Client Contribution tracking of thematic initiatives

• Contribute to automation initiatives in conjunction with Sales APAC senior BM

B) GOVERNANCE, REGULATORY & CONTROLS

• Review Org Chart, mandates, staff referential

• Write-up & update of Internal Policies & Procedures

• Support and follow-up various projects on controls/conduct/regulations

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Takes initiative and is results driven

• Strong decision making and analytical skills

• Ability to manage change and complexity with confidence

• Strong team player

• Client focused and commercial thinking

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Self-motivated and genuine interest in Banking and Finance

• Proficiency in Microsoft office (MS Word, Excel & Power point)

• SQL and other database proficiency is an advantage

• Prior related internship within the banking industry is an advantage
