• Generate reports and analyses on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, website traffic, and digital platforms.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the digital marketing team.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, focusing on the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies.
• Skilled in content creation, website management, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media engagement; experience in a digital agency is advantageous.
• Practical experience with Google Analytics and strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Creative mindset with a readiness to embrace new concepts and trends.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in written Chinese and English.
