What we are looking for

The Marketing Engagement Specialist will be primarily responsible to plan and execute marketing activities that helps Mox acquire the right customer and activate them in ways that will win their heart and while achieving our business objectives. This will require you to:

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of the Mox website, from understanding business needs, working with offshore development teams, deploying content, to roadmapping and implementing site enhancements.

• Working in close partnership with Marketing Technology Squad, supervise and execute various marketing or customer communications on marketing cloud, from journey design, content build, to deployment while ensuring the correct content is delivered to the intended target audience.

• Support the overall Marketing Team and deliver integrated campaigns in website and direct marketing channels.

• Provide regular tracking and analysis reports on customer engagement activities and web analytics according to schedule.

• Contribute to ensure touch points are consistent to our Tone of Voice and compliant to the latest business and regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Hong Kong, ideally including experience from banking, financials, or fintech sectors.

• Possess hands-on experience executing on marketing automation platforms, preferably Salesforce, but others such as Adobe, Emarsys and Oracle will be considered. Otherwise candidates must demonstrate extensive experience using other marketing tools such as DoubleClick.

• Knowledge of basic SQL and HTML will be a definite advantage.

• Self starter, attention to detail, comfortable with ambiguity, with a flexible mindset able to work under a both a fluid plus fast-paced business and market environment.
