Responsibilities:

• Strategic Content Development:

• Develop and execute strategic content goals and objectives for the team and the company's global social media platforms.

• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity, ensuring all work adheres to quality standards.

• Campaign Collaboration and Execution:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and product launches across social media.

• Analyze customer interactions and social media trends to inform and shape future content strategies.

• Brand Management:

• Manage the tone, messaging, and visual style of the company's social media accounts to maintain brand consistency.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and campaigns through performance analysis, aiming to maximize organic engagement and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and platform changes to optimize content and campaigns.

• Participate in ad-hoc projects as required to support the overall marketing and communications initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 5+ years of relevant experience in social media management or content creation

• 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Strong people management skills combined with hands-on experience in marketing communications

• Creative, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently

• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and content creation best practices

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a talent for prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects concurrently

• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience in content creation for Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms is a plus

• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager is advantageous

Desired Skills:

• Proven track record in developing and executing successful social media strategies and campaigns

• Ability to analyze customer interactions and social media trends to inform content planning and optimization

• Strong copywriting and visual design skills to create engaging and on-brand content

• Understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for organic growth and paid advertising

• Experience in managing and mentoring a team of content creators and social media specialists

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report on the performance of social media initiatives
