As a team member in your Sports Department, you'll be responsible for assisting customers, offering expert product recommendations, handling transactions, and ensuring our store maintains its vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. • Drive business performance by achieving team sales targets, maximizing revenue, and optimizing profitability.

• Create an engaging and enjoyable shopping experience, where customers can discover and try out new sports equipment, ultimately leading to increased businesses.

• 2. Offer Comprehensive Sporting Solutions and Optimize Business Results:

• Showcase a diverse range of products (new launch, marketplace, second-life) and services that cater to the needs and desires of our sports users.

• Embrace the excitement of selling across omnichannel, from our vibrant stores to our dynamic online platforms and Decathlon app, driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

• Craft visually appealing displays that not only immerse our sports users in the world of sports but also strategically promote product tenacity and drive sales.

• 3. Ensure Availability and Safety with a Smile and Drive Operational Efficiency:

• Ensure our stores are stocked with a wide array of products, making it easy for sports users to find what they need and driving sales through product availability.

• Create a welcoming and safe environment, where sport users feel comfortable and supported in their sporting pursuits, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Optimize operational efficiency by managing resources effectively, minimizing costs, and maximizing productivity to contribute to the overall business performance.
